Update your contact information to ensure any important communications are sent to you. You can register vehicle information for parking. Even enable mobile device notifications so you get updates on the go. Some other features include community insurance policy information and view community documents that are secure like financials and notices.

 

Maintenance Request

Request maintenance at anytime through the portal. You can see status updates on the requests and submit photos and don’t worry even if you do not login, we will notify yo via email/txt on any updates, status changes, and closings of any requests. There are big projects that are a part of your communities, we have done them all, we know what it takes to do them right. Planning these projects is part of what we do. Replacing hundreds of roofs or building a pool/club house, no matter the project we will present a successful plan to execute it.

No matter if we have been managing since the community was built or if we started managing yesterday, we want any projects to be completed the best way possible. We understand how things can be built to last, even if it is preventative, quality at the highest bar is what we expect.

Budget Control

Large capital expenditures need controls to make sure the HOA is staying within budget. We closely monitor the project, the expenses, and labor to make sure we control the approved budgets for these projects. We have General Contractors on staff to manage these projects.

 

Time Management

Projects can be disruptive to the way of life in a community. We understand how to manage timing to minimize this disruption to the homeowners. We manage schedules of sub contractors, deliveries, installs, and every other part of the complex projects we manage for the community.
